How can I become a member of ISTAT?

You can apply for membership to ISTAT online by going though the steps on the Membership page for the membership type that fits your needs.  You can also apply for membership by filling out a membership application specifying the membership type that is of interest to you.

How do I renew my dues?

Individual members can renew dues online by logging into the ISTAT website using your username and password.  All corporate memberships should be renewed by using the primary contact’s username and password.

I don’t know my username and/ or password.  How can I get them?

If you are an active member of ISTAT and have forgotten your username and/or password, please visit our 'forgot my password' area of the website where you will find instructions on how to obtain your login credentials. You may also contact ISTAT headquarters for assistance with retrieving usernames and passwords. 

Can non-members attend ISTAT events?

Yes, non-members can attend ISTAT conference events.  Non-members can register for conference events at a non-member rate. Non-member conference fees differ slightly from member conference fees.

I am no longer able to log into the website? Why is that?

There are a few reasons why a member may not be able to login:

• Web login could be expired due to the membership expiration date is past due.
• Logins are case sensitive and the details being used do not match what was originally recorded.
