Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: $200 processing fee for cancellations after 24 February 2012. No refunds for registrations cancelled after 2 March 2012. There will be NO REFUNDS for the Skeet Shooting/Sporting Clays Event, Golf Tournament, Club Rental Fees, the Golf Coupon Booklet, or the Taliesin West Walking Tour. Cancellations must be faxed or e-mailed for refunds to be issued. Telephone cancellations NOT accepted for refunds. Hotel reservations must be cancelled by individual in addition to conference registration cancellation.
