Use of the IAP's online learning offerings is restricted to ISTAT Appraisers Program (IAP) members, unless written permission is granted by the IAP.
Access to each IAP online learning offering requires enrollment. Please follow the below instructions - Step 1 to enroll in the chosen offering and Step 2 to access the chosen offering.
IAP Learning Center Enrollment Instructions
Step 1 of 2: Click on one of the yellow "Enroll" buttons below. Follow the instructions to complete the enrollment process. Enrollment is required for each offering.
(You will need to return to this page and complete Step 2 below in order to access the Learning Center offering for which you just enrolled.)

- IAP members will be advised when the next annual Review and Affirmation is available. At that time, scroll down to the IAP Learning Center Access Instructions. (You will be pre-enrolled.)

Once enrolled in any of the above offerings, you will NOT need to re-enroll should you exit before accessing or while using.
IAP Learning Center Access Instructions
Step 2 of 2: Follow the instructions below to access the Learning Center offering for which you just enrolled.
(You must first enroll for a Learning Center offering in Step 1 in order to access a given offering.)
- Click on the IAP Learning Center button below.
- You will be taken to the webpage which includes all IAP offerings for which you are enrolled.
- Click the "+" next to the desired program, and click the course name to begin.
The Learning Center will hold your place. Should you time out or close your window before completion, you will be given the option to continue where you left off or to restart.
Once enrolled, click the button below to access the IAP Learning Center.
