In this ISTAT Learning Lab, Cambyse Parsi and Tom Iacono discuss the process and structures for different sustainable finance products including sustainability-linked loans (SLLs) and sustainability-linked bonds (SLBs). In addition, also covered are the key transaction considerations, discussions with issuers, and pitfalls to consider. A case study for jetBlue, which was the first SLL in the aviation sector, is also shared.
