ISTAT Visa Invitation Letter

I confirm that I have completed conference registration and that my registration has been paid in full, or that I am attending on a complimentary registration issued by ISTAT staff or an approved ISTAT committee.

I confirm that I work in, or have a legitimate professional connection to, the aviation trading, finance, leasing, manufacturing, airline, MRO, or related sectors, and that my attendance is for bona fide professional purposes.

I confirm that I am not subject to comprehensive sanctions or embargoes that would prohibit ISTAT from issuing a visa invitation letter, regardless of where the conference is held.

If the conference is held in the United States, I confirm that I am not subject to U.S. visa suspensions or entry restrictions in effect at the time of this request, and that I understand ISTAT will not issue invitation letters to individuals who are clearly ineligible under U.S. immigration rules.

I understand that ISTAT does not assess visa eligibility, does not guarantee visa issuance, and is not responsible for decisions made by immigration authorities.

I understand that:

• If my visa application is denied, I may request a refund of the conference registration fee, less any non-refundable administrative or processing fees, provided I submit written documentation of the denial prior to the conference.
• Once a visa is granted, I may not cancel my registration or request a refund.

I acknowledge that ISTAT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline issuing a visa invitation letter if the request poses legal, compliance, reputational, or policy concerns.

Personal data collected in connection with visa invitation letter requests will be used solely for that purpose and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
