How to Book

The official hotel for the ISTAT Freighter Forum is the Intercontinental Miami and is available from 15-18 April. A hotel room booking link will be found in your ISTAT Freighter Forum registration confirmation email. The hotel cut-off is Thurday, 26 March.

Deposit

Guest reservations must be confirmed with a credit card for guarantee of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Hotel requires all reservations be guaranteed with a refundable deposit equal to one night’s room and tax. Reservations need to be canceled 72 hours in advance of check in for deposits to be refunded.
