Deposit
For all reservations, this hotel requires a deposit equal to one night’s room and tax when booking. Payment by check, money order or major credit card with expiration date is accepted.
Please note: If you receive solicitations from any other vendors identifying themselves as an official ISTAT housing representative, they are NOT authorized to sell guest rooms for the event. Only trust housing information coming from an official ISTAT email address, such as housing@istat.org or registration@istat.org.
Cancellation Policy
Should a guest cancel a reservation, the Hotel shall refund the deposit, provided notice of cancellation is given 21 days prior to arrival.
