Is This Program For You?

The ISTAT Executive Leadership Program is designed for professionals who are ready to move beyond technical expertise and continue growing as leaders within their organizations and the broader aviation industry. Ideal candidates:

Have 15–20 years of commercial aviation experience. The program is designed for established professionals at a meaningful point in their leadership journey.
Demonstrate high leadership potential. Participants should be ready to take on greater responsibility and expand their influence.
Are committed to personal development. The experience requires reflection, coaching, participation and active application throughout the program.
Want to broaden their industry perspective and network. Participants learn alongside a diverse cohort and engage with established leaders across commercial aviation.

Eligibility

Who Can Apply?

Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:

Be an Individual ISTAT member, or
Be employed by an ISTAT Corporate Member company

Cohort Size

Approximately 30 participants will be selected for the 2027 program.

ISTAT’s Selection Committee will evaluate applications based on strength of application while seeking a cohort representing diverse professional backgrounds, companies, nationalities and other perspectives.

Your Investment

ISTAT is subsidizing a portion of the program cost, with the remaining participant fee supporting this highly personalized leadership development experience.

Participant Fee: US$15,000

Please note that pricing does not include ISTAT Americas and ISTAT EMEA conference registrations. Travel, accommodations and other expenses for in-person seminars are the responsibility of participants.
