The ISTAT Dublin Hub is your go-to space to recharge, connect, and unwind during the fast-paced Dublin Aviation Week. Exclusively for ISTAT members with an active membership, the Hub offers a dedicated retreat amid the week’s meetings and events. Stop by to enjoy complimentary bites, grab a fresh coffee and network with fellow members in a relaxed setting.
ISTAT members are invited to attend the ISTAT Hub with no pre-registration required! Simply check in at the door upon arrival. Please note that attendance is subject to capacity limitations. Before attending, be sure your membership is current to ensure smooth entry.

MTG Space:
MTG Space is an open space equipped with tables and chairs, ensuring you have a dedicated place for a meeting.
New this year, ISTAT is offering three types of reserved meeting tables designed to accommodate a variety of needs — 2-person Bistro, 4-person Standard or 6-person Premium — with pricing based on table size and number of days booked. Tables may be reserved for one, two, or all three days of the ISTAT Dublin Hub. Please note: Table purchases are available exclusively to current ISTAT members and limited to one table per company.
- 6-Person Premium Table – Private booth-style table in a prime location near the entrance and bar, with 3 guest passes included.
- 4-Person Standard Table – Reserved networking table with 2 guest passes included.
- 2-Person Bistro Table – Compact meeting table ideal for one-on-one or small group meetings, with 1 guest pass included.

MEETING SPACE CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
- On or before 11 December 2026: Cancellations are permitted with no cancellation fee.
- From 12 December 2026 through 24 January 2027: A cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total price for the cancelled meeting space(s) will be assessed.
- On or after 25 January 2027: No refunds will be issued for cancellations.
Cancelled meeting spaces may not be deferred or transferred as a credit toward a future year.
