Important Information About the 2024 ISTAT Board of Directors Election
In anticipation of the 2024 ISTAT Board of Directors election, please take a moment to review the following information.
Voter Eligibility
To qualify as an eligible voter, you must be a current ISTAT member in good standing for the 2024 membership year.
If you have not yet renewed your membership for 2024 and would like to do so, please find instructions here, or contact ISTAT Headquarters.
How to Vote
Voting will take place through the ISTAT website, and members will be able to cast their votes after logging into their ISTAT member account.
Online voting will be available on Monday, 19 February and will close at 12:00 CST on Monday, 4 March.
There is currently one (1) open position on the board, and the term will run from March 2024 until March 2028. The departing board member is Peter Negline, Macrolytics Pty Ltd.
One ballot submission will be accepted per ISTAT member, and each member can select one (1) candidate.

- Vasgen Edwards, Managing Director, Capital Markets and Outreach, Boeing Customer Finance
- Robert Martin, Independent Investor
All candidates are members in good standing who satisfy the ISTAT bylaws criteria for individuals that may serve as ISTAT Directors.
