ISTAT Members: If you are an ISTAT member, first input the email associated with your membership. ISTAT MUST verify your membership in order to ensure you receive correct event pricing. All ISTAT members must renew their membership prior to registering for this event. If you have any additional questions, please contact istat@istat.org. 

Please note: ISTAT is using a new registration system! To easily access your registration later, please create a password during the registration process.

To provide a service to long-standing members who may be in temporary need who are between jobs and meet certain guidelines, ISTAT provides complimentary admission to many of ISTAT's events. If you are in need and believe that you may be eligible for this program, learn more here.

Non-ISTAT Members: If you are not an ISTAT member, membership includes year-round benefits, including Jetrader, the membership directory, discounts to conferences and admission to receptions around the world.

If you have already registered and would like to add on a social event, Deal Zone or MTG Space to your registration, please follow these steps:

**The Airline Focus Initiative grants a free corporate membership to airlines and complimentary registration for ISTAT events. Review the criteria to see if you qualify for the Airline Focus Initiative.

***This registration only includes access to evening events. Non-industry guest registration is reserved for significant others and family members not currently employed in the aircraft trading industry. Business partners and colleagues are not eligible to register as guests and must register for a full conference pass. 

 

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

$100 cancellation fee for airline members. $250 processing fee for all cancellations before 12 January 2026. After that time, there will be a cancellation fee of $500 until 27 February 2026. No refunds for registrations cancelled after 27 February 2026. Cancellations must be emailed for refunds to be issued. Name substitutions are allowed to transfer a paid registration to another colleague. Registrations cannot be transferred or applied as a credit to a future event. Telephone cancellations are NOT accepted for refunds. There will be no refunds for any guest registrations or add on options. Hotel reservations must be cancelled separately.

At ISTAT Americas, we provide options of exclusive space for your unique business needs. Secure your meeting space, and start planning your agenda now. If you are already registered, use this link to add items onto your registration. The meeting areas below are reserved for your company by day from 8:30 to 17:00, for personal or corporate use. All reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Note: All meeting participants must be registered for the conference. The Deal Zone: Semi-Private Meeting Pod The Deal Zone is a dedicated, semi-private meeting pod (maximum six persons per table) furnished with a table and chairs available for purchase. Space is available for purchase for US$2,000 per day for up to two days. MTG Space: Reserved Tables MTG Space is an open space equipped with tables and chairs, ensuring you always have a place for a meeting. Each table can accommodate up to four people at one time. Tables are available for purchase for US$625 per day for up to two days. Reserve Today  Reserve your meeting space when you register by adding it to your package prior to check out.
