Navigating your ISTAT Member Account
As of November 2022, ISTAT has transitioned to a new membership system. On this page, find helpful instructions such as:
- Logging In (Username & Password)
- Editing your Member Profile
- Accessing Account Information (Purchase History & Payments)

Logging In (Username & Password)
New Members:
If you are interested in joining ISTAT, click here and follow the steps to join.
Current Members:
Use these steps if you:
- are logging into ISTAT's new membership system for the first time.
- forgot your password.
- You will need to reset your password by clicking here
- Enter your email address associated with your ISTAT account
- Click Reset My Password
- The system will send you an email with a password reset link
- Click the link in your email
- Enter a new password, and click Change Password
- The webpage will refresh, and you will be logged into your ISTAT account
Use these steps if you:
- know your current password but would like to change it.
- are currently logged into your account and would like to change your password.
- If you are not already logged in, click here to log into your account
- Click the round icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen and click Login
- Click the round icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen and click Change My Password
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password
- Click Update
Editing your Member Profile
Adding a Profile Photo:
- Log into your member account by clicking here, and click Login under the round profile icon at the top right-hand corner of the screen
- Click the round icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen and click My Profile
- Click the pencil icon next to the silhouette in your profile
- Click Browse Photos, or drag and drop your desired profile photo into the box
- Crop photo as needed and click Save
Editing Profile Information:
- Log into your member account by clicking here, and click Login under the round profile icon at the top right-hand corner of the screen
- Click the round icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen and click My Profile
- Click the My Info tab
- Click the pencil icon, and edit information as needed
- Click Update
Editing Communication Preferences:
- Log into your member account by clicking here, and click Login under the round profile icon at the top right-hand corner of the screen
- Click the round icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen and click My Profile
- Click the My Info tab
- Scroll down to Communication Preferences
- Select desired preferences
Account Information (Purchase History & Payments)
Paying Outstanding Balances:
- Log into your member account by clicking here, and click Login under the round profile icon at the top right-hand corner of the screen
- Click the round icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen and click My Profile
- Click the My Account tab
- Select the outstanding balance and click Pay
- Follow steps to complete payment
Accessing Account History & Printing Invoices/Receipts:
- Log into your member account by clicking here, and click Login under the round profile icon at the top right-hand corner of the screen
- Click the round icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen and click My Profile
- Click the My Account tab
- Click View Account History
- Click the Order ID of the purchase
- Click Print to access and print your invoice/receipt
Editing your Saved Payment Method:
- Log into your member account by clicking here, and click Login under the round profile icon at the top right-hand corner of the screen
- Click the round icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen and click My Profile
- Click the My Account tab
- Click Saved Payment Options
- Add or Edit your payment method
